ShopStyle Inc. dba Collective Voice ("Collective Voice," "we," "us," "our") has shut down its creator network program as of March 31, 2026. This website (www.collectivevoice.com) is a static informational page maintained solely in connection with the wind-down of that service. This Privacy Policy describes our current data practices in light of that shutdown.

Collective Voice is part of the Rakuten Group, which includes the affiliates and subsidiaries of our parent company Rakuten Group, Inc., based in Tokyo, Japan.

The Collective Voice creator network program, including all associated tools, applications, and member accounts, ceased operations on March 31, 2026. We are no longer providing any services, and this website does not support user accounts, logins, transactions, or active user features of any kind.

This Privacy Policy governs the limited data practices described below. It supersedes all prior versions of our Privacy Policy.

2. INFORMATION WE HOLD

Retained Records
Personal information previously collected in connection with the Collective Voice creator network has been deleted, except for records that we are required or permitted to retain under applicable law. Retained information is held in limited-access storage and is not used for any commercial, marketing, or operational purpose. Retention periods are determined by applicable legal requirements, including tax, financial recordkeeping, and dispute resolution obligations.
